Hi, I’m Romaine,

I was once where you are today. For years, I was struggling, sometimes even asking myself if I was going crazy.

When I got diagnosed with ADHD, it felt like a huge relief. But it didn’t solve my issues; it just explained them.

Even with the label, I still felt unsupported, misunderstood, and constantly behind — like I was missing some rulebook everyone else seemed to have.

Raising a son who has Autism, ADHD and APD, as well as looking after relatives that have ADHD, only deepened my perspective. I saw how much pressure we are under — and how few tools actually work for minds like ours.

So I made it my mission to find out what does work.
