For years, I tried to make myself fit into systems that were never designed for how my mind works.

Like many of the women I now support, I learned to mask, push, and self-correct, believing that if I just tried harder, things would finally fall into place.

They didn’t.

What changed everything was learning how to work with my energy, my emotions, and my natural way of thinking, rather than against them.

I am a Holistic ADHD coach, mentor, and consultant, who supports intelligent, purpose-led women, often business owners, creatives, and leaders, who feel scattered, disconnected, or stuck on autopilot, despite being capable and experienced.

Many of the women I work with have ADHD (diagnosed or suspected).

But what brings them to me is not a label — it is the exhaustion of constantly managing themselves and the quiet sense that life should not feel this hard.

How I work

My approach is calm, compassionate, and deeply practical.

I do not believe in rigid routines or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we focus on:

  • understanding your energy and natural rhythms

  • creating emotional safety and self-trust

  • building simple, flexible structures that actually stick

  • Reconnecting with who you are beneath the pressure to perform

This work is as much about identity as it is about strategy.
